Where's Noah??

All the animals are on board and ready to go, but...

WHERE'S NOAH?

He's on the FERRIS WHEEL, of course!

Olivia loves to sit on the table and share daddy's cereal with herself

Little Buddy is showing off his new pearlies!

I finally did it! I painted the door red! I think that is the last thing I EVER paint red. As much as I love the color, it is a BEAR to work with!

Yeah for AJ's tooth! I know that's coming soon in our realm~~~
OK, is that the "green" I LOVE IT! It is SO much better than you let yourself think! It really looks great! The red door...great choice! So bold & brave of you! But it turned out great! Is that your kitchen, going out the back?

Yes-- that is the green! I know that it will settle down as soon as I hang the green, yellow, red plaid curtians. Yes-- it is bold :) Thanks for the encouragement :) Oh yeah-- and that is the door that leads onto the screened porch in the back. I painted both sides of the door-- and it looks really cute from the outside. (let's hope that the H.O.A doesn't come snooping around the back of the house)

We have a red front door, and I absolutely love it...adds some character to an otherwise boring house. I especially love that green color next to the red door...great job! Maggie was excited to look at the pictures of Noah's Ark.

I'm in agreement with the others about the red door -- looks great!

The Noah's Ark Kayla got for Christmas didn't come with Noah's wife. Did yours? Someone told me that she can be purchased separately; I haven't checked it out yet.

LOVE the colors! Way to go with bold and daring color choices, no more builder beige for you! The room looks great and the curtains will really tie it all together.
Canon has the Noah set, too. Except, Kate the dog ate half the animals, so it is not biblically accurate anymore.

Karis-- our Noah's ark set didn't come with Mrs. Noah. I didn't know you could purchase her separately! Maybe she can keep him off the ferris wheel :)

Stephanie--Thanks friend! I kept remembering your words of warning "green can really swallow you up" as I stood in the middle of my freshly painted kitchen and thought "what have I done???!.. I am standing in the middle of a big bowl of guacamole...should have listened to Stephanie!" But-- now I like it a lot more :)

I love the red door and the "green" in the room!! You have a wonderful sense of decorating...are they paint swatches hanging up on the wall??? :) I did that too...till I made up my mind.

Thanks for the pics! Those dress shirts were really starting to get on my nerves, but I am glad that you look for great ways to save money! Since Danny only wears his work shirts and overhauls those kinds of shirts do not exist in our home, except for the one he wore to your wedding!

Give the kiddies big hugs and kisses from grandma! I love you all!

We are going to Atlanta this weekend to play basketball at Georgia Tech so I will give you a call between games!

Love
MOM

Heather-- yes, those squares on the wall are color swatches :) I want to do a gold-ish color on the wall for most of the rest of the house-- but so many "golds" out there. Uggghh.

love the colors.

it's beautiful. I'm wondering if I can get up the nerve to ask my landlord if I can paint the door. Germans like white, so it's white and shows everything.
