This past Monday, Alex attended a pastor's conference in Irmo, SC where our dear friends Steve and Beth Ann Johns are serving. Aaron and Stephanie Coffey were also there, so it was an extra special treat to reconnect with them. While the men folk attended the conference, Beth Ann, Stephanie, and I headed off to a day of fun at the zoo. 
So this may not be the most flattering angle of our gorilla friend, but you can imagine that as soon as that big hairy beast turned around, Olivia took flight across the room to her mamma.

You know you are a mom when the "does this make me look fat" question is replaced by the "does this make me look like I'm trying to repopulate the world" question. And I just have two babies!

what a great chance to visit with some great friends/wonderful women. i laughed out loud at that "non-flattering angle" of the gorilla.
So much fun to see those girls! I didn't know Beth Ann had a little one! Yay for her! Are they still up at Northland? You look great my friend! Arms full, double stroller & all! I love Olivia's pig tails, by the way!
So jealous that you got to spend time with BA (& Stephanie, of course). Looks like you guys had fun. I wanted to tell you about a new pizza recipe that I found for our weekly "pizza night." It is called Gourmet Chicken Pizza and it was a hit at my house...you put 1/2 cup Ranch dressing on the crust. Then you put 1 cup of shredded mozzerella cheese. Next, you put chopped cooked chicken, tomatoes and green onions. You top it off with shredded cheddar cheese. It was delicioso! I thought the Ranch might be too overpowering, but it was perfect. Just thought I'd let you know for your "pizza night!"

Okay...I just have to add one more thing. I love it how Olivia is not looking at the camera in any of these pictures!!! This is the age when taking posed pictures is almost impossible. Too many other fun things to look at.
