MMMM... sometimes I suprise myself, and this Cranberry Cinnamon Tea Ring definately turned out pretty delicioso! The tea ring was a favorite in our house growing up. Grandma would crank out about 4 of these at one time, and they would be gone in no time. The only gripe I had was that it had rasins, and not being a big fan of rasins I purposed to make mine without rasins when I grew up... and that I did.... until now! Kneading DRIED CRANBERRIES into the sweet dough gives it a tart little punch and a nice festive look. Just be sure to let your cranberries sit in some hot water for a little while so they plump up and don't dry out while baking.

Oh you are just so creative! How do you have time to bake? I did all the time before Rebekah was born but now I can't seem to find time unless Craig is home and it is pizza dough... :)

I know what you mean! This was the first time in a WHILE that I have baked bread. Alex gave me a food processor with a bread attachment for Mother's day, and I'm slowly finding how how fast I can do bread with it! Have you ever used Rapid Rise yeast? That helps streamline the process. Who knows when I'll get around to making it again... so I'm glad that it turned out good :)

Hey friend. Well, I'm SLOWLY learning to be domesticated and cook for people, bake, have people over, etc...its SO much fun:) I've gotta get a good pizza crust recipe. (I've been using Jiffy way too long:) lol, and my next “challenge” to bake for him (see below:) is a BBQ Chicken Pizza:) Know, I know that Erin's donuts recipe is more my taste (since it comes from a pastry tube at the store:) but can you post the recipe to this?? I’ll have to REALLY brave up to get to this one, but I've been really working on trying new things and collecting great recipes. It's a lot of fun, and it seems people like it when you cook for them...especially men;) (I'll have to e-mail you the story on a new potential "friend") Anywho, gots to go...game day:) Lions vs. Cardinals...go Lions!!!
Love ya Friend!
