Rebecca-- you can find it on amazon. I got it in a Christian bookstore, but you can definately order it from amazon or christian book distributors. You will love it!
This looks like an interesting book, Leah! I'll try to read it even though I'm in a different stage of parenting now. I'm also looking for Grace-Based Parenting by Tim Kimmel. It was strongly recommended by a friend of mine who does biblical counseling. Have you read it yet?
