The Homestead
We drove over to "the homestead" today to find very exciting progress being made on the house! All the men were preparing to pour the driveway and sidewalk. It was exciting to watch the process from start to finish. We are scheduled to close on September 29th, a month ahead of schedule!
Leah...I am so happy for you and Alex, but I would rather that gorgeous house with "real" trees behind it be located a tad closer to Luke AFB:) I miss you so very much!!!
ReplyDeleteI was really missing you my dear friend last night…to hand me a tall glass of sweet tea and to tell me that everything was going to be okay. But, by 1:30 this morning, I finally fell asleep despite not having you here to tell me that! (Feel free to callif you want the whole story:)
I LOVE the picture of Tookers! I miss her lil' love so very much! Give her my love and tell her Auntie loves and misses her LOTS!!!

I'll admit, Dana, we don't go through as much sweet here tea as we did in Arizona :) Hmmmm... We love ya girl, and you can call anytime! Remember-- "Thou art a God that is NEAR and not a far off". Let's get in touch sometime this weekend.
